📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and transactions.
- Operate POS systems and other relevant software to process payments and manage orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized stand, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.
- Stock and manage inventory, ensuring all items are available for purchase.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and securely.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables and displays.
- Promote products and services to customers, upselling when appropriate.
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor immediately.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift light items.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
