📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate with customers, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Facilitate communication between international clients and the local team using Mandarin.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or cargo industry.
• Fluent Mandarin speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven track record of operational excellence and administrative leadership.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
