📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and stock control.
• Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse inventory using systems like SAP or similar logistics software.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to manage supplier deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of shipping documents and delivery schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any issues related to warehouse operations and deliveries.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics coordination.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and external partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and standards.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for delivery coordination.
