📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
• Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures, emergency response, and environmental best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate HSE performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Investigate and report on workplace incidents and accidents to prevent future occurrences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of HSE considerations into all aspects of operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of HSE programs.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and workshops to share knowledge and expertise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles, with a strong background in risk management and compliance.
• Certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
• Proficient in using HSE management software, such as SAP, QHSE, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and relevant regulations.
