📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of dry ingredients and finished products.
• Manage a team of 5-7 warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and reordered as necessary.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure that products are stored and distributed according to quality standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
• Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations, identifying areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions, using our in-house inventory management system.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in food safety and handling, such as HACCP or SQF.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Familiarity with food manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift.
