The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and ensuring the structural integrity of our new healthcare facilities, contributing to our commitment to providing top-notch patient care and state-of-the-art infrastructure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop structural plans for new healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with local and international building codes.,Conduct structural analysis and calculations to ensure the safety and stability of building designs.,Oversee construction projects, ensuring that structural elements are built according to approved designs.,Collaborate with architects, construction managers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural solutions into overall project plans.,Review and approve construction drawings and specifications to ensure they meet structural requirements.,Perform site inspections and quality control checks during construction to ensure compliance with design specifications.,Maintain and update structural design standards and practices in accordance with industry best practices.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on healthcare facilities preferred.,Proficiency in using structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with construction materials and methods used in healthcare facilities.,Valid professional engineering license in Indonesia.
