Bay Village Jaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. Your expertise will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees, focusing on skill enhancement and knowledge acquisition.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other educational resources.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
