📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the delivery of banking services to customers,Support the team in managing customer inquiries and complaints,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions,Assist in the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new banking products and services,Assist in the training and development of junior team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment,Strong knowledge of banking products and services,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Good organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),Familiarity with banking software and systems is a plus,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
