📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential auto loan customers,Assess customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions to meet their auto loan requirements,Manage the entire auto loan application process, from initial consultation to final approval,Monitor customer accounts and provide regular updates on their loan status and repayment progress,Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase customer loyalty and revenue,Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit analysis, legal, and collections, to ensure smooth loan processing,Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies for the auto loan department🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on auto loans,Strong understanding of auto loan products, market trends, and regulatory requirements,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other banking-related software,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus,Valid driver's license and clean driving record🛠️ Keahlian
