📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.,Mentor and guide junior instructors to ensure they meet high standards.,Assess and evaluate the performance of junior instructors.,Collaborate with other team members to ensure the success of training programs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the industry.,Provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of training programs.,Ensure that all training programs are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all participants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as an instructor or trainer.,Proven track record of success in delivering high-quality training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in the industry.,Ability to assess and evaluate the performance of others.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
