📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement SHE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
  • Provide training and education on SHE best practices.
  • Monitor and report on SHE performance metrics.
  • Investigate and report on SHE incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable SHE regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environment, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SHE management.
  • Certification in SHE (e.g., OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian SHE regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
