📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor production schedules and ensure they are met or exceeded.,Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Coordinate with team members to resolve production issues and improve processes.,Maintain accurate records of production data and reports.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals.
