Puyo Indonesia Creations is looking for a skilled and experienced Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our production processes, ensuring efficient inventory control, and contributing to the overall success of our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and company goals.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize costs.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production operations.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production and inventory data.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor the production planning and inventory control team.,Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control systems and software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
