You'll handle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and provide exceptional customer support. Additionally, you'll be responsible for the upkeep of our PlayStation consoles, accessories, and peripherals, ensuring they're always in working order.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain our PlayStation rental fleet, including consoles, controllers, and accessories
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Troubleshoot and repair PlayStation equipment, ensuring minimal downtime
- Monitor and manage inventory, ordering replacements as needed
- Assist customers with game setups, troubleshooting, and other technical issues
- Promote our rental services and upsell additional products or services
- Maintain a clean and organized rental space, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with PlayStation consoles and accessories, including troubleshooting common issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
