📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a section of the organization, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve section performance and productivity.,Lead and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor and evaluate section performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
