Bit Max Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HR Manager to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new hires.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct regular HR audits and make recommendations for improvements.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
