FORGE Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Warehouse Manager to join our team in Samarinda. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that inventory is accurately managed and that products are stored and distributed efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
  • Ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse management role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
