📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate interviews and schedule appointments with candidates.,Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining a positive employer brand.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
