📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the management of employee benefits and compensation.,Support the HR team in managing employee attendance and leave requests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.
