📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain IT systems and networks.,Provide technical support to staff and customers.,Ensure data security and backup procedures.,Monitor and troubleshoot IT issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of new IT solutions.,Maintain and update software and hardware.,Collaborate with other departments to improve IT processes.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT security best practices.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
