📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging coding lessons for students aged 7-18, using platforms like Scratch, Python, and JavaScript
• Mentor and guide students through coding projects and challenges, providing personalized feedback
• Develop and update lesson plans, worksheets, and resources to align with curriculum standards and student needs
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and school administrators to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in coding education, and incorporate new knowledge into your teaching
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging diversity and creativity in coding
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching coding or a related subject to students aged 7-18
• Certification in coding education or a related field, such as Certified Educator in Python (CEP) or Scratch Education Developer
• Strong knowledge of programming languages like Python, JavaScript, and Scratch
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and inspire young students
• Familiarity with educational technology platforms and tools, such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and Kahoot!
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Passion for technology and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of young people
