📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Consult with bank customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sell life and general insurance products through our bancassurance partners.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide the best advice.
- Conduct product knowledge training and workshops for bancassurance partners.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Certification in Life Insurance or General Insurance is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of bancassurance products and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
