📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance evaluations.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.,Assist in the development and administration of employee benefits programs.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the organization's efforts in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
