📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of electrical and mechanical systems in the manufacturing facility.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement measures to reduce costs and improve sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide technical training and development opportunities for the engineering team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of managing engineering teams and projects.
• Certifications in electrical and mechanical systems, such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), are a plus.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and SAP.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance and optimization.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
