📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.

Monitor and maintain supplier relationships.

Ensure timely delivery of purchased goods and services.

Prepare and maintain purchase orders and invoices.

Assist in the preparation of purchase reports and analyses.

Support the purchasing manager in developing and implementing purchasing strategies.

Assist in the development and maintenance of purchasing policies and procedures.

Participate in inventory management activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.

Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Fluency in English is a plus.
