📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor procurement activities to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.,Assist in preparing and reviewing procurement reports and documentation.,Support the Procurement Manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and external suppliers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Good understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices.
