📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the Physical Therapy clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage and mentor a team of physical therapists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including PT standards and patient safety protocols.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
• Monitor clinic performance metrics, including patient outcomes, staff productivity, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated patient care.
• Participate in staff training and development programs.
• Drive clinic growth through innovative initiatives and market expansion strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinic management or a similar healthcare leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing healthcare teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
