📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices and payments with accuracy.
• Maintain and update accounts payable records using SAP and Excel.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on accounts payable activities.
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and ensuring payment accuracy.
• Handle petty cash and manage cash disbursements.
• Support the finance team in auditing and reconciling accounts payable records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
