📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records for manufacturing operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to support decision-making.
• Work with the production team to ensure accurate costing and pricing of manufactured products.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts with suppliers and customers to maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the manufacturing division.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements specific to the manufacturing industry.
• Provide financial support and guidance to the production team, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the entire company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
