📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with bank customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Sell life and general insurance products through our bancassurance partners.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide the best advice.
• Conduct product knowledge training and workshops for bancassurance partners.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
• Certification in Life Insurance or General Insurance is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of bancassurance products and sales processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about financial protection and customer service.
